4-Day Yachimun (Pottery) Course

Visit our workshop, once a week for four weeks, to learn hand-building and wheel throwing techniques in the centuries-old style of Tsuboya Ware. Choose either slip trailing, black hakeme and line engraving, white hakeme and line engraving, or white hakeme and underglaze painting to decorate your work.

Our 4-day courses are suitable for residents and tourists staying longer than one month who wish to delve deep into the world of traditional Okinawan pottery.
